Did something not fit or make you super happy? We hate that! Here’s what to do if you need to return something!
First, make sure your item is eligible for return! All items that are discounted or bought during a sale are FINAL SALE. This includes but is not limited to: grab bags, anniversary sales, semi annual sales, black Friday, cyber Monday, etc. Any seasonal or personalized item(s) are final sale. Full priced items are only eligible for an account credit. Any and all cancelled orders are treated as a return and will only receive store credit.
All jewelry items and home decor are final sale.
All items must have the tags attached and a copy of the packing slip MUST accompany your return.
Send or bring back the item to us within 14 business days. Items must be postmarked by the 14th business day, items received after 14 days will not be accepted, your account will not be credited nor will the item be shipped back to you. (We highly recommend getting a tracking # when you ship the item back. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to return shipping)
Please allow our team 48-72 business hours to process your return once it is received at our location. You will then receive a credit to your CommentSold account.
Please note: Returns can be shipped back or dropped off in our self serve return drop box. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Returns will be processed Monday-Friday.
If you've received a damaged item you must contact us within 48 hours. Please contact us at email@example.com with your name, order # & a picture of the damaged item. We will reply with instructions on what to do next. We apologize for the inconvenience!
