Full priced items eligible for return must be returned or postmarked by the 14th day from delivery. Items must have the tags attached and the packing slip or receipt present with the item. Upon receiving your items & reviewing your order, if your items qualify for return (have tags attached, have the receipt, are clean and do not have any signs of wear or smoke smells) your store account will receive a credit. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. No cash refund, store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have the right to revoke any returns due to smells or stains such as smoke smells or deodorant stains.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Any items that are on sale, discounted, apart of annual sales, semi annual sales, birthday sales, any bras, hair accessories or items noted final sale.
